This is a strange one. When I paint a project, I normally delve into the lore and get an idea of what I’m dealing with. I couldn’t find much for this fella. As far as I can tell the Plasmancer operates in an advisory role within a Dynasty. Given its name perhaps it has something to do with regulating plasma generators?
If you have any more details let me know. It’s a cool model that really shows off what 3-D sculpting can do.
