The monsters of Legio Sinister were a product of the Master of Mankind. Where the Custodes were the wondrous gilded vision of the empire, the nightmare titans were its dark shadow.
The colour scheme was inspired by description in the Forgeworld Black books. Mottled green banded in filthy bronze and black. The client wanted a green black marble to match the rest of his Legio Praesagius. The marble veins evolved from the mundane into something sinuous and alive. Overlapping coats of metallic gold and green were used to achieve this.
