? Merry Christmas! Here’s a hobby stocking filler. ?

Lil'Legend Advent Calendar

What was in it this year? WELL, highlights include not one, but TWO STL files courtesy of the House Barteth Patreon project, a chunky contribution from our sponsors:

Conversion World

Redgrass Games

Unreal Wargaming

Broken Toad Brushes

We had FULL tutorials for NMM blades, Justearin Lords, bust painting, the art of compromise tutorials and more give-aways than Santa splitting his sack.

My thanks for your ongoing support for our growing community of artists. We endeavor to create a dynamic community, encouraging different styles, techniques, and methodologies to realize the vision of the artist. We want to turn inspiration into the craft.

If you would like help in realizing your image you can access our ENTIRE back catalog as well as the Advent Specials before the end of the year. You can also sign up for online paint lessons come January – or come to a weekend workshop (a roadmap will be announced for 2022 soon!)

Here’s an EXTRA stocking filler for your troubles: How to paint a TMM Mace. This is part of a much larger video tutorial that you can find here.

But what about our students?

From beginners to graduates, let’s take a look at the highlights from our community this year.

As another year ticks to a close, I’d like to thank each and every person who has visited the site, left a nice message, came to a weekend course, attended a seminar or enjoyed the artwork, and passion we fill our small part of the world with.

What does next year hold?

More teaching, tutorials, commissions, artwork – just so much more. We’ve mapped out the entire year’s teaching schedule and will be attending Adepciton for the first year, hosting small classes to get used to the circuit. We will be hosting painting courses, single miniature masterclasses and sculpting classes to convert your characters.

Next year is going to be explosive, and I’ll leave you with a teaser of what’s in store from the redoubtable Mathew Kane.
